I stumbled upon this cool, urban shop and I thought I would share some of my favorite finds.

The shop is PREFRESH and they have some fun looks...check em out!

Love this KISSY SHIRT!

And I am really thinking Red Curlz would look stupendous in
this YO BAMBI shirt!

And this MIX TAPE HOODIE is totally bananas.

This HOLLA tee even has a gold tooth and hat!

my current favorite gift

Aren't birthday presents hard to buy?  Even when I know the kiddo really well, I always second guess what I am buying for them.  Do they already have it?  Are they too old for this?  You know, those kinds of questions always arise.

But, not anymore.  I found my new favorite birthday gift for kids!

And it even comes packed in its very own tote for easy taking where ever you go!

Currently it is on sale at Target for only $22.49!  It is safe for ages two and up.  Honestly, I can see my 8 year old nephew playing with this too.  I think it is a safe and secure gift for girls and boys.  Aged 2, or aged 8!

Heck, I would even play with it!!!!

too over the top?

You know I like quirky.  I adore strange.  Besides....what IS normal anyway?  Could you answer that for me?

Thank you Ryan McGinley for your eye view.

One Step Ahead

Hey ya'll!  Sorry I have been missing in action for a bit.  I am back now.  And I wanna share some of my favorite finds in the One Step Ahead Magazine that arrived recently.

First off, for all of my new mommies out there.  I think this bathtub is a must when converting from a baby bath sling to the full sized tub.

We had a ducky one.  It doesn't really matter, as long as it is a soft, inflatable tub.  I like the holders in this particular one.

I am pretty sure I am going to get one of these for Miss Red Curlz.  The Take Along Nightlight.

Not sure about you guys.  But, for me, when I was small.  It was walking down the hallway that always scared me the most.  Being dark in the room did not frighten me, but making the trek to mom and dad's room down the long, dark hallway....well, let's just say, it made me run like H-E-double L!

So, I think it is awesome that you can take the nightlight with you!  Great concept.

And then I found this next contraption quite interesting.  It is a "Turn anything into a bib" thing-a-ma-gingy!

I don't know how many times we are out and I realize Red Curlz has on an adorable outfit and we are about to eat Mexican food, or something.  Problem solved.  Grab a napkin, and Wa-lah!  A bib.  Wonderful.

Be sure to check out your One Step Ahead Magazine or online for the latest, great priced, deals!

International Faces

Faces to love.  I love learning about different cultures.  Here are some of the many wonderful Faces of our International brothers and sisters.  They are all equally beautiful.  In my opinion.

I believe it is true what they say.  The eyes are the window to the soul.

the first signs of spring

Not sure about all of you...but, we are starting to see the first signs of spring popping up around the Houston area.  And this popped on to my computer screen today.  I would love to try this on Red Curlz this summer!
