Food for Thought for Little Miss Heirlooms

If you read my Red Curlz blog much, you already know that I just adore Little Miss Heirlooms blog. 

Well she has issued a Food for Thought Challenge and it is right up my alley.  I love a little friendly competition!  Check it out here.
